Sorry to hear about the swine flu! I read that sunshine for 20 minutes a day is one of the best things you can do for your immune system, so most days I get at least that much.

ReplyDeletePoor little Miss K. It's never fun when the little ones get sick and poor Nana who has to has to be denied her company for a week. Better safe than sorry. I don't think the big flu has hit here yet, but just a mix of everything under the sun. I hope Miss K makes a speedy and healthy recovery!
