Somehow our marriage has stood the test of time. For this I am eternally grateful. Today I celebrate 31 years of wedding bliss with My Beloved. How blest I've been.
A PEEK AT MY KEEPSAKE BOOKI was not quite 20 years old when I married my Mr. AGPMan. Nowhere near wise enough to make such an important decision for my entire life...

OUR SWEET ENGAGEMENT No one, not even my precious Father, could convince me to wait a couple of years...
MY BRIDAL SHOWERI truly had no clue what I was doing...I only remember wanting to spend the rest of my life with my sweetheart.

My parents will be celebrating their 50th the 25th of this month. Thay made it through thick and thin. Always a constant is their love for each other and It looks like the same is true of you and your DH. May you be blessed with many many more.

You both have been so blessed to have found each other and held on to each other for this many years. God had really blessed you and I know that you already know this. I'm ahead of ya by 17 years but hubby went to our "Healthy Families of Nampa" today, on which he is a board member, and heard a talk by a marriage counselor that had good advice. Look not for a mate who has common interests; look for a mate who has common values. He said he's a marriage counselor and a divorce stopper or something to that effect. Good advice. Work out our problems and fool that old' evil one!

We also celebrated last month (our 36th) and I too shared these long ago pics. Seems like yesterday doesn't it? We remade our wedding vows at 30 years and it was so special. Nearly as exciting as the first because DH planned it all and surprised me.

Who is that skinny guy in the picture with you? :-) Too bad the readers cannot pull back fro that picture of us leaving in the car so they could see the beautiful "baby blue" Vega hatchback we were leaving in. LOL! Ah, those were the days. Sure glad my dad was a mechanic or I would have never been able to keep her running for 9 years! :-).
