~I KNOW YOU BY HEART~
I've loved Valentine's Day for as long as I can remember. It's such a happy little holiday and one that comes packed full of the SWEETEST things.
I love all the icy pink decorations and the cards that are filled with over the top sentiments. I love the lace and the ribbons, the 2die4 chocolates and those little Conversation Hearts that always seem to make me smile.
I love the romance and the flowers (the palest pink roses, please!) and an evening that always brings with it a special dinner out with my hubby.
Here's wishing you a weekend filled up and overflowing with all the things that make you feel happy, loved, valued and secure.
Blessing to you from my very grateful PINK-LOVIN'-HEART >>>~~<3
... and to you, pinky Miss Rebecca!
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely sweet celebration day.
Memories are rekindled each year of our precious cards, gifts & See's, shall always be held closely ... dinner by candlelight with our precious loved one ... that special bouquet of roses fragrance lingering in the air.
Now to hope that the snow plows will be reactivated (we are locked down tight because of the blizzard) so we can get the heck out of the house to enjoy memories of yore, & to create new ones!
Loving wishes for you & Steve!
Hugs of love, Marydon

ReplyDeleteRebecca do you remember when you were a little girl that you would get that one special card from that one special boy in class. I would read and reread that little thing and always try to find a hidden message in the way he wrote my name or if he carefully chose that card just for me...silly huh!?
ReplyDeleteValentine's day is definitely a day for love!

Happy Valentine's Day Honey!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm like you and have always loved this holiday from the time I was a little girl. From making the valentine mailboxes at school and picking and choosing the cards for each friend to that evening when my dear Daddy would come home with a valentine for my sister and me. That just always seemed so special that Dad would stop on his way home just to give his girls a pretty box of candy.
I know Valentine's Day will be filled with love for you. If you were in my class I'd pick a really special one for you! (hee-hee).
xxoo's Tracy :)
