~REMEMBERING 9/11~

~REMEMBERING SEPTEMBER 11, 2001~

"O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!"

G'morn, Rebecca ~ Never to forget. We have an in-law that was in the buildings that collapsed, her tales of horror are deafening. Another in-law was in the air, his plane was landed within seconds in the middle of the USA. We had a good friend that was sitting at a desk where the Pentagon was hit directly, who was severely burned & seen on TV running out of that hole ... God bless them all. Have a lovely weekend. God forbid us to forget. And may we always remember to pray for those who still must daily live with loss, pain, and grief.

What a special image to post for today. I pray every day that this never happens again and that our Country and it's people stay safe.

So you are Mr.AGP less huh? I'm flattered you thought of me since he went to Oaklahoma, but I don't know why since I live in Washington State! I've never been to OK, but I'm sure it's loveleigh, LOL!

I am so glad that you remembered today! Sad to say, I didn't remember until a few minutes ago when my daughter, who is twelve, asked me what happened on this day years ago. Then we had a talk. Next I went to your blog and saw your message. Thanks for always remembering others in your prayers and thoughts. You are so sweet!

This is my favorite rememberance of 9/11. Such a sweet little innocent young girl. The innocence is so symbolic of our country up until the moment the first plane hit the first Twin Tower.
Thank you for bring sweetness for the 9/11 reminder.
