I just love it when I'm in the right place at the right time.
Don't you?
A few months ago I shared with you how I'd found a really sweet vintage clothespin bag and transformed it for use in my studio.
Well...incredibly I found another one very similar to it at Goodwill. This one is a bit smaller but still just as charming. I have big plans for this one as well!
It's not quite as old as the one you see at the top and it doesn't have the grommets on the sides. I plan to use some vintage cotton twill in soft white for a new sack and add vintage laces and trims, too! Can't wait to see how this one will come out! Such fun!

Hope your Friday is wonderful. The temps have dipped here in Oklahoma and we are making our annual trek to the State Fair tonight...if the rain stays away that is!
Love to you...

OOoh, I am so in love with the one you made before... and the one you just bought is almost the twin of mine... I still want you to put your magic touch on mine... I am thinking about it still... love that mine is an old original one in our family, but it may need a little bit of fufu'ing up... xoxo Julie Marie
Beautiful! God has given you the gift a romantic recreation. Thank you for sharing.
Sherrie
just beautiful! You are so talented!
How very beautiful the first one is. I bet the 2nd one will be just as beautiful.
I love that first one, Rebecca- I can't wait to see what you do with your latest acquisition! Have a great Friday- xo Diana
I love that clothes pin bag... I can't wait to see how you remake the new one.
Blessings,
Amy Jo
Hmmm...plannin' on making a clothespin bag for my daughter for her birthday. She refuses to use a dryer. Anyhoo...you've inspired me to make it pretty. Blessings!
Dearest Rebecca,
That is the first vintage clothespin bag I get to see!
Hugs to you,
Mariette
So many ways you can use a clothes pin bag! I hope you have a wonderful time at the fair. My father in law lives in Oklahoma and he called today to say it is raining like crazy. We need rain...and we don't often say that here in Oregon!
Hello Rebecca! I have vaugue memories of clothes pin bags. Seems like they were really ugly and moldy, though! You make things so sweet and pretty!
Sorry for the virus scare the other day! Maybe it was just a glitch in my software. ♥
