~MY FATHER~

My son, Brandon, and I are on our way to Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City to see my father.
I would so appreciate it if you will pray for my mother, my siblings, our entire family... He's currently in ICU.

Over the past five plus years I've shared often about my beloved dad and his great love for God and family.  He's been a preacher-man for my entire life and I can't help but wonder if the time is drawing near when he will collect his reward for his faithful service to the Most High.  For over a decade he's been living incarcerated in a local nursing home.  He's been ready to meet His Savior for so long now...

Thank you in advance for your kindness and prayers.  They mean so much to me.

Love,

Your father's difficulty is a mirror of what my father went thru. I empathize with you my dear friend. I know your pain. Although it has been 10 years since my father passed the memory of it all is still crisp.
My most humble prayers are with you all but especially for a daughter..... I know all to well.

Becky: I will add your Father to my prayers for the best outcome that God has in mind. I will also include your family as you travel to be with your Dad and Mom. Godspeed and let us know how you are doing.

Dearest Rebecca, It is an honor to pray for your dad, mom and siblings. Please keep us posted. I realized today that nine years ago, my own sister who had been fighting cancer for eight years, found out that treatments were no longer working and her time was drawing near. It is so hard for those left behind; my His grace mark your every moment.
Hugs, Noreen

I am so sorry I missed this, Rebecca. I have had a sick baby here and I want you to know that I am praying for your Dad and your entire family. I pray for God's will and that you can accept that. I know that your Dad is proud of you and your children whether he can voice it or not....he knows in his heart. xo Diana
