~THE MIRACLE OF OUR MISS K~

 ~WHERE HAVE THE YEARS GONE?~

Just before Thanksgiving my Mr. AGPMan and I took our only grandchild, our sweet Miss K, down to have her Christmas pictures taken at J.C. Penney.  Now friends...I just have to tell you~I think for the money their tiny photography studio did a fabulous job!  For about $69.00 I was able to purchase more pictures than you can believe!

Now...see the darling shot above?  When we went into the store to pick up the photographs we were asked if we'd be interested in signing a release so the photo cold be used in a national campaign next year!  Maybe they do this for anyone and everyone who has pictures taken of their kids...and then again, maybe not!?
Who knew?
Maybe they just LOVED IT as much as we do!!!

Isn't she just darling?  She's growing up wayyyyyyyyyyy too fast!
 ~WITH MR. CLAUS~
DECEMBER 2005 - Age 3

Here's a picture of our Miss K taken about five years ago with 'Old Saint Nick' himself.  This was before the miracle in our lives took place and six months before she was able to walk on her own...
~MISS K and OUR HANDSOME SON~
March 2004

Our Miss K was about 16 months old in the picture above.  Notice her little head is cocked off to the side and how our son is holding her chest up.  All she could do at this time was pretty much lay on her back.  If she was placed on her tummy she could raise her head up only a little bit...
 ~OUR SWEETHEART TODAY~

No Nana or Papa could be more proud of their grandchild than we are of our Miss K...  Lots and lots of prayers have been prayed over this little girl.  I'm talkin' about the knee-bendin' kind of prayers that keep you face-to-face and heart-to-heart with the Father...
~THE LIGHT IN OUR LIVES~

Thank you God for grace and the miracle that surrounds our Miss K and her very blessed life.

Love to you all this beautiful day...

Rebecca your Miss K is just adorable. So very precious! These pictures are perfectly beautiful.

God is so good isn't He? I am so glad He gave you a miracle...and that you have your sweet little Granddaughter.

You will always have a testimony of His power and faithfulness to share with others to encourage them, and to give glory to God.

We have our testimony of His Faithfulness too... when He took our 6 yr. old Granddaughter Anna to heaven to be with Him. He brought us through that time, and comforted our hearts, and even moved us on towards Joy. We know she is with Him and we will see her again.

I have never seen JC Penney's pictures this nice. So worth the 69.00 grandma. (:>)

I think Miss K is one very blessed Granddaughter to have such a wonderful and loving Grandmother!!!!

Love, Linda @ Truthful Tidbits

Dearest Rebecca,

Well, you just said it... HEALTH is far beyond any commercial Christmas gift! It is so precious, there are no words for expressing it, no gold nor diamonds that can buy it. You're all blessed for having this little girl turn out the way she is!
This is one reason that for both of us, Christmas is different for us. If you read my November 23 blog, you will understand that...
Of course I read the blogs about decorating and such but there is a greater good than that. For both of us, it is the religious 'BIRTHDAY' that we're celebrating and it's not about us. Being grateful and trying to reach out to others who're less fortunate in this world, that's true gift giving. We're both blessed for having had that opportunity and probably its because of the prayers of so many lives we've touched, that they were answered and kept us healthy.

Thanks for your precious story; so glad I read you now... it's another blessing!

I bet she gets in a national Penny's campaign! She is so cute and expressive. As long as it is the season of miracles, tell us about Miss K's miracle. I was a pediatric nurse before I did pharmaceutical sales and I would love to know what her diagnosis was and her startling recovery!

Gotta love that mischievous smile! Every picture tells a story. Is she giving the gift...or receiving the gift? Either way, I have the feeling that she KNOWS what's inside that pretty green package!

Dear Rebecca,
Miss K is "stunning" WITH A CAPITAL "S"...it is the light of the Lord in her shining. I know she has such a call on her life.
I have never known JC Penny's to say that...I don't think it is a line...they see thousands of children come through their studio and they know when they have someone special...IF THEY ASK FOR MONEY TO BE IN THIS CAMPAIGN "RUN"
It is the knee-bending prayers BUT it is the love of a Grandma and Grandpa that filled that void with love and the will to survive. I KNOW YOU KNOW BUT MISS K IS VERY SPECIAL.
HUGS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU SWEET REBECCA

That is a wonderfully precious image of your granddaughter. Being a retired Professional Children's Portrait Photographer...I can tell you ...her experess was captured at the PERFECT time...and I don't blame them for wanting to use it.
THEY SHOULD HOWEVER, PAY HER PARENTS for the use of her image for a National Campaign...I am serious. OR many years of FREE sitings and portaits from here on out.
They will be making a LOT OF MONEY off that image let me tell you.

She is so sweet...I am delighted she healed from whatever her affliction was. PRAISE GOD !!
