~COFFEE TEA & CHOCOLATE...~

COFFEE, TEA & CHOCOLATE
(Is there ANYTHING Better?)
In Pink, of COURSE!

For the past several days I've been working in my studio putting the finishing touches on three new card and tag designs for my Shoppe.  I'll be adding them sometime today and hope you'll stop by and check them out when you have time!

I wish you could see me when I learn how to do something new with my Paint Shop Pro X Program (I'm computer stupid so it's always a big deal!)...  I usually throw my head back and scream out in excitement and disbelief...

"ARE YOU KIDDIN' ME!???  NO WAY!!! I DID IT!
  SCORE!!!"
COFFEE, TEA & CHOCOLATE
Soft Aqua Ground

I've almost sold out of several of the first designs from early Spring and I will be discontinuing a few to make room for fun, new styles.  You all have blessed me so much and received my latest venture with open arms.  Thank you so much....

Now...before I scoot for the day I'd like to share something with you that I read yesterday that came packed with loads of encouragement!

I don't know about you but I need a good healthy dose of it every single day!

It's called "Don't Miss God's Answer" and it was written by Max Lucado...

"Just when the womb gets too old for babies, Sarah gets pregnant!
Just when the failure is too great for grace, David is pardoned...

The lesson?  Three words.

Don't Give Up...

Is the road long?  Don't stop.
Is the night black?  Don't quit.
God is watching.  For all you know right at this moment...the check may be in the mail.
The apology may be in the making.
The job contract may be on the desk.
Don't quit.  For if you do you may miss the answer to your prayers."

God is faithful, peeps!  He is!

Blessings for an awesome Thursday!

Love to you~

Max always says it so beautifully, Rebecca ... so inspirational!

WHOA! More 'new' cards?! How fabulous ... love this one. All the cards I've tucked throughout the house that I have of yours, in mirrors, bouquets, behind china ... EVERYONE loves the exquisite designs. Thank you.

Isn't it a fantastic exhilarating feeling to accomplish something on the computer ... I felt the SAME way when I actually did my first watermark the other day, with NO Mr.Dept911. Yippee skippy!

Have a beautiful day ... good & exciting things are coming your way, my friend.

Hi Rebecca,
I read Max Lucado daily. Isn't he wonderful!!
So, are you making tags for the items you sell? I am interested. I have just opened up a booth at an antiques mall and need some nice tags. (If you stop by my blog you'll see my first attempts at my booth.)
Have a wonderful day!

Isn't it great when you finally figure something out on the computer? Just makes you want to celebrate - or at least it does me.

Max Lucado's words are wise ones. Our Sunday School class is about to embark on a study of one of his books.

Thank you so much for stopping by and visiting my blog. Actually, I have been a lurker of your blog for a long time and, a couple years ago when I was shopping eBay regularly, I drooled over your hand-painted items many times. ::blushing::

I can see why none of the "hot" trends mentioned in my post would appeal to you. Frankly, they don't appeal to me either because in my heart I'm a shabby/cottage/pink rose kind of girl too. :)

Like I always say you got talent. I love your designs. Good luck with the new stuff. And never give up is the best advice thanks.

Rebecca those new cards are going to be just perfect. My stash closet houses a million china teacups that I have never used. Now my thoughts are a teacup, an inexpensive sterling teaspoon & your sweet note cards. Wouldn't that make an extra special gift?

Have a great weekend

Your new cards are mini works of art, especially to those of us who can only paint a whole wall one color and get it too look good. !!
Keep it up.

Hi Rebecca!

I just got back from Marco Island in Florida with my daughter and family (my wonderful granddaughters) ...before we left, I wanted to find some good reads at the Christian book store. One thing I wanted most was a Max Lucado book. I have read only a couple of his books! He is amazing! I will have to pick up this book soon....looks like a good one! :) Thank you for sharing! (I also discovered another amazing author while in Florida ---Karen Kingsbury!!)

Love ya!
Carolyn
