Today I'm taking a class to learn more about painting furniture. I'm excited about learning new techniques as well as getting some hands-on instruction regarding chalk paint, glazes and distressed finishes! Can't wait to share with you what I find out!
Yesterday I worked in my studio all day. I have so much stuff to photograph and hope to get that done and new things uploaded to my website this weekend. I did manage to snap a few pictures of SOME of the latest Vanity/Perfume Bottles fashioned a couple of weeks ago and you can find them HERE... Loving the French Whites... Most were made using vintage millinery blooms, old laces and trims. Such fun to create!
My girl is coming back over later this afternoon to help me categorize more things for eBay. I'm finally going to unload some of my fabric, trims, etc..
I'll never use most of it and there are some truly sweet finds some of you may be interested in... I'll share more when I'm ready to actually list everything!
Tomorrow I'll be taking pictures of my studio for the Where Blogger's Create 2012 Party! I can't believe it's that time of year ago. Most of my studio looks the same...only a few changes. Hope it won't bore you to death.
Hope your day is wonderful~
Love to you...

Love your bottles, pretty as a picture. Learning new techniques is always such fun too. I learnt some last weekend at a photography workshop, can't wait to get some practise in. I too can't believe a whole 12 months have passed since the last Where Bloggers Create Party, my room is much the same as well.
Rebecca, your bottles are gorgeous as are your pictures. Sounds like your a busy girl, but it's so nice that your daughter can help you. I know how much work goes into it all. It usually takes me all day just trying to get a few decent pictures. Can't wait to see what pretties you have created.
Hugs~~~ Daphne

I love the perfume bottles and what a variety. I also love the trims. I threw out so much 'stuff' a few years ago when I was trying to de clutter and now seeing what you and others do I wish that I'd kept some. Joan
Good Morning sweet Rebecca!
I just love looking at all of your wonderful creations.....always so soft, romantic and girly pretty.
The bottles that you create are so, so lovely. I would love to have a vanity top just loaded with them.
Hope you are staying nice and cool in your neck of the woods.

Those little bottles are soooooo pretty! You do such a good job with your decorating. What a nice skill to have.
Beautiful, gorgeous, lovely! I could copy this and paste it on everything you create! Talented Lady, that's what you are! Have a blessed day dear friend, HUGS!

Great bottles! And bore me? Never...know why? Wouldn't remember a post from last year anyway! And what was it you posted the other day?!! Ha. Losing your mind has some advantages! Hope you were able to enjoy some of the cooler weather this past week. Am not sure how Colorado shares its weather with neighbors, but I sure did enjoy 5 days of very pleasant temperatures.♥♫
Squealing over those bottles....love! and you never bore!!
Dearest Rebecca,
Very romantic looking but for me, having fought asthma (had to use the pump in 2007) I need to keep dust at bay. We removed all of our wool/cotton carpet and we have no curtains, except a cotton/rayon curtain at the front door. That helps a lot, have not had any problems since. But things like this are out of question.
Hope you manage to finish it all and taking photos of your studio as well. Love to you,
Mariette
So very beautiful, soft and romantic looking..... everything you create!!
Hugs,
Beautiful as always..
Hugs, Cindy
Dear Sweet Rebecca:
My word! I was a bit MIA with holiday and family gatherings and I come back and whoa! First, big congrats to your family and Miss K for the fantabulous news. You are all so blessed to have each other :)
Sorry about your wrist. I need a knee replacement and will go to the doc in Aug to make that dreaded appt. Maybe we can commisserate together. If we lived close, I'd shop with you. Or go hide in your booth!
Happy Friday beautiful lady! You always inspire me and restore my faith. For that, I thank you :)
Your photographs are so beautiful. Of course it helps when you have such beautiful objects to photograph ;-). The bottles are so romantic, elegant and feminine.
Oh how beautiful....I love your bottles....the colours....and all set to your music....is stunning...I feel like I was visiting a fancy boutique.
thanks for sharing all of your pictures...stop by to visit with me too, if you like..I'm also showcasing my home studio.

Rebecca! I was just reading along and enjoying your sweet studio and then suddenly you mentioned where you have items for sale. We are practically neighbors! I live outside of Oklahoma City. How fun is that! Perhaps I will get a chance one day to stop by Edmond Antiques and see your work in person.
I enjoyed your music.
I'd love for you to stop by my blog/studio if you get a chance.
