~MAKING MEMORIES...One Wedding At A TIME~

~OUR LITTLE FLOWER GIRL~

I'm not sure there can be anything sweeter than a tiny little girl dressed to the nines for a romantic early Fall wedding...
~SO LOVELY~

Yesterday our Miss K was a Flower Girl once again so our weekend was full of activities bridal-party related.  Seems we were been busy from sun up to sun down and so I welcomed sleeping in this morning and not stressing about getting ready for church on time.  We didn't get home until midnight and that made for a long day for a child of only seven.
~PRETTY TULLE DRESS~

Getting our Miss K ready for this wedding proved to be almost as fun as getting her ready for our daughter's 2007 wedding!  She was only 4 back then and needed a lot more help understanding what she was suppose to do.
~BACK OF DRESS~

This was a fun dress to make...a little time consuming because of the attached petticoat underneath but exciting to make just the same.
~THE TINIEST ANGEL~

I love this picture!
~PRECIOUS!~

See the sweet little boy above?  He refused to hold Miss K's arm on the way back down the aisle!  His comment during the rehearsal was "Ain't gonna happen!"  (Hysterical!)
~MISS K and BEAUTIFUL LAUREN~

One of my dearest friends of all time, Judy, has a simply gorgeous daughter and she made a stunning bride!  I love this picture of the two of them taken  just before the ceremony!
~MY FAVORITE PICTURE~

But...of all the pictures I was able to snap the one you see above is my favorite of all.  The wedding was large and the reception area grew warm.  After stripping off his jacket my guy asked all his girls to dance beginning with our Miss K!  He twirled her around and around and around...

Making the best of life!  That's what it's all about.

Blessings this beautiful Sunday.  God is good.

Love to you~

The photo of Miss K and her Grandpa brought tears to my eyes for obvious reasons. What a wonderful day for everyone. Miss K is adorable and that young man is going to one day reverse his thoughts on taking her little arm. Mark my words. Little boys..so funny!

How I miss Patrick and wish he could share in the weddings and births of today.
A beautiful post, sweet Rebecca!
Love always,

A very beautiful Miss K in an absolutely lovely dress. One of my grandaughters was recently in a beautiful wedding in Tenn. It was all in black and white and it turned out just very pretty and elegant. She flew back there as it was a friend she met in College. She too, was a flower girl several times when she was younger and I had the honor of making her dresses. Pauline
